Role Description
The Email Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Key tasks include managing campaign schedules, generating leads, utilizing marketing automation tools, and integrating various marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, test, and launch email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Track and analyse campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by identifying opportunities based on historical data.
- Develop compelling content, subject lines, and user journeys that drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with teams across design, content, marketing operations, product marketing, and development.

- Strong digital instincts – internet-savvy and up to date with email best practices.
- Fast learner with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.

✅ Existing Partners
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
- Analysis partner performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Expand current relationships by identifying up selling and cross-selling opportunities.
🔍 Research & Development
- Identify and research potential partner opportunities in line with the company’s strategic roadmap.
- Conduct market research and analyze relevant business trends in line with company growth strategy.
- Explore and assess new partnership models and monetization strategies.
- Identify key industry players and decision-makers to develop relevant strategic relationships.
🚀 New Partners
- Research and develop new, long-term business relationships with new clients.
- Advance potential business opportunities with new partners, defining clear revenue and growth potential.
- Negotiate and close commercial deals with new clients, while improving overall deal structure and terms.
- Lead internal collaboration across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.
- Track pipeline progress, report regularly on KPIs, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Great English skills required — both spoken and written.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, client management or a related role in the digital media or advertising space.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
- Experience managing multiple large accounts or partnerships simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in an online/digital/tech environment — a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
